7 Habits to Overcome Pain and Gain Health Goals – by the Fitness Influencer Josie Medema

There are many people in the world who are born for a purpose; some save lives, some build the world, and some make other people’s life easier. Josie Medema, the fitness enthusiast and health and nutrition guru, has also made her life’s mission to help people stay pain-free and healthy.

Josie has been working very hard on helping other people with their health goals and lifestyle for five years. She is also currently into competitive bodybuilding and is in her final year at the University of Utah, studying kinesiology and nutrition. She has vowed to help others attain their health goals and wants to open up her gym where she can help people with their specific health and fitness goals.

Josie believes in a holistic approach to health and fitness as a professional in health and wellness. What she recommends to live a pain-free life is as follows:

Keep an open mind

It is crucial to keep an open mind and make mistakes to start a new diet or trying out new ideas and workout plans because finding a unique plan can only happen with trial and error.

Take the necessary steps.

Once Josie pinpoints the regime and sets it, it is up to the person to take the necessary steps to follow it and implement it in their life. Josie helps implement and motivates her clients to keep following the regime.

Have a balanced diet

This is the most critical part of Josie’s routine for her clients. Our bodies require specific nutrition levels daily to function correctly, and anything taken in excess or less can harm our internal organs and total health.

Monitor your sleep

Since Josie implements and encourages a holistic way to health and fitness, which requires changing a little bit of the client’s lifestyle. Having enough sleep is the foundation of being productive and efficient.

Drink plenty of water

Drinking more water is the holy grail of fitness and health regimes. Depending on a client’s lifestyle, amount of exertion, and demographic location, it is essential to track how much water they consume. Consuming the right amount of liquids is necessary for the journey to health and fitness.

Exercise regularly

Josie maintains that regularly exercising and moving the body is very helpful in attaining your health goals. She designs workout sessions for her clients to follow to retain their health and achieve their fitness goals.

Intermittent fasting

This is very unorthodox, but Josie believes that it helps her focus and stay productive during the early hours of her day when she feels more focused while in the fasted state.

The bottom line to all these things is that overcoming pain and achieving health and fitness goals sometimes might feel very daunting. With the help of Josie and her experience training many people, she can help more clients attain their health goals and live pain-free life.
