Opportunities come in the way of those who find them, not those who await them. In the state of affliction, misfortune, or hard knocks, it’s better to avail the opportunity that knocks at your door first rather than regretting missing it later. Trudy Zulu, the recipient of the CWEN social entrepreneur of the year and an international businesswoman, encourages individuals to learn from their failures and avail themselves of opportunities instead of being dismayed.
Trudy motivates others by sharing her experience when she started her business in her early 20s and failed to run her business successfully. Her self-belief and enthusiasm didn’t let her have her wits about her career. The entrepreneurship fire brewing in her head led her to kickstart her career by running foundations where she uplifts and empowers women. Trudy is passionate about assisting young girls in realizing their inner strength and unearthing their potential.
In the meantime, Trudy realized her strong point that she is pretty determinant and administrative, so she thought of bringing something new to the community where she could deliver stylish clothing for women of all shapes and sizes, especially those with longer arms. Consequently, in 2021, Trudy launched her own chic clothing brand Zapporrah.
Although Trudy is the co-founder of a TV and film production company, she got the opportunity to produce and air many television shows and grabbed it. Trudy is raised with an open mind, dreaming significant and believing anything is possible, so she never minds being a trailblazer.
However, Trudy advises people to learn positive lessons from their failures and step forward, making their comeback stronger than the failure. Trudy Zulu is a firm believer that it’s better to find opportunities instead of awaiting them to come your way.
