This is what happened with Jayanthi Ganapathy. Hailing from an underprivileged background, she was able to change her life for the better solely due to her dedication and strong work ethic.

Jayanthi was born in a small town in India. Like any other single parent, her mother also strived to provide for the family, but they struggled to walk a tightrope. Being the third child among four, Jayanthi did not have grand goals and ambitions that required a lot of money, yet she still displayed a quiet determination to grow from her circumstances.

This determination enabled Jayanthi to hone her passion for mathematics into a productive career. Scoring hundred percent in all her school assessments, she opted for Accounting as her major at the University of Madras.

After graduating with flying colors, she was referred to a well-known firm, Philips Electronics, where she was recruited as a Financial Accountant. Jayanthi did not let go of her dedicated and focused nature, which was evident in her work, prompting her to work on an essential international assignment in Georgia soon after her appointment.

In recognition of her professionalism and capability, Jayanthi was transferred to the company’s Australian headquarters and then to Massachusetts. These transfers provided ample opportunities to enhance her portfolio as a Corporate Accountant. She led international mergers and handled deals with significant capital, outshining her peers with expertise in her field.

Having grown up with scarce opportunities, Jayanthi wanted to help small business owners with insufficient resources to employ expensive financial solutions. She directed her efforts towards helping new business owners revamp their accounting operations through her firm, FinAccurate.

Founded in 2015, FinAccurate survived by tackling costly setups and finding the right clientele – Jayanthi’s resilient attitude ensured that the company continued its operations despite all obstacles.

Since 2015, FinAccurate has helped hundreds of clients realize their financial goals through the latest bookkeeping, payroll accounting, and tax management interventions.
