Perfecting the Art of Mastering Personal Path – Trevoy Pointer’s Impactful Advice for Thriving Entrepreneurs

Have you ever heard of the classic dream of attending a prestigious school, getting a job, buying a house, and retiring at 65? Well, for Trevoy Pointer, the boring rigamarole is old news. Deviating from the mundane path, Trevoy Pointer lived his childhood dream and later his business aspirations. He transitioned from being an athlete to a thriving entrepreneur.

Needless to say, the rollercoaster ride has been crazy, but Trevoy appreciates every second of it. He grew up playing basketball for the first 20 years of his life with no dreams of starting a business.

For someone clueless about business, entrepreneurial, or financial literacy, Trevoy Pointer has come a far way. However, his investment story is a breath of fresh air since the first step he took to alter his life was investing in himself – by reading books.

In the last ten years, he invested his time and money in self-education. He read several books, attended webinars, and invested in mentors. Simultaneously, he spent time and effort in curating and improving his skill sets and mindset to help him accomplish his goals.

The first lesson for thriving entrepreneurs is that one should have the quality of ownership. There must be a valuable possession that is impactful to you and your family and is beneficial to others. According to Trevoy, having a good life is challenging if a person doesn’t understand the importance of ownership. The second piece of advice that can be extracted from Trevoy’s motivating career trajectory is to value your commitment. Establish goals and never give up pursuing them.

While Pointer stands tall as a licensed financial agent, his journey was never a bed of roses. After his basketball career didn’t work out, he entered the insurance business in 2017 after his son was born. He helps millennials create generational wealth and tax-free income so everyone can break age-old curses. With six years of experience under his belt, Trevoy has mastered personal path carving in the financial industry, including life insurance, health insurance, mortgage, and more. He aids in developing wealth plans which provide clarity—a clear vision resulting in progression, which helps in goal clarification.

Trevoy is also an author and a consultant. He self-published his first book in 2019 called “Walk Through the Fire”. He will start writing his second book in the fall of 2022. Moreover, his consultancy will be in motion by mid-2023.

Today, Trevoy Pointer is a father and entrepreneur; his goal is to get 1% better daily. How? By inspiring people to believe in themselves. It’s the best thing anyone could ever do. On a personal front, his biggest goal is to make sure his son is in a position to know what he needs to learn to live an extraordinary life.
