Kendall Freeman Is Celebrating Food Freedom on Her TikTok

Texas- based influencer Kendall Freeman works hard to show the importance of food freedom to her audience, through engaging content that’s sure to capture their attention. Kendall explains her content as an innovative blend of creativity and professionalism; she ensures that her range is flexible enough to provide the users with a dose of motivation while being to smoothly incorporate brand partnerships throughout.

‘Fueling.g00d’ is an unorthodox platform focused on delivering real-life encounters and struggle. She wants to debunk diet culture, quit the glamorization of eating disorders, and just keep it real. Knowing that she creates content that has a positive impact on people’s lives and perceptions brings joy to her, and it’s something she wishes to continue doing.

The objective is to inspire individuals to own their flaws, and be confident in their own skin. Due to this, Kendall is all the more motivated to become a full-time content creator while promoting food freedom and getting her hands on her favorite brands’ sponsorships. She plans to expand her brand by growing a significant audience on each of her social platforms.

A year into her own recovery, Kendall found a way to truly overcome her eating disorder; by relying on the significance of food freedom, she considers herself a much happier person than before. She can now focus on her life because, as per her lesson, “you’ll forget what you ate, but not the memories you made.” While she thinks the recovery process is far from over, this is a pretty damn good start.

Kendall is ready to promote a lifestyle with no regards to calories. She is the epitome of living a full life. She advises everyone to ask themselves questions about their recovery instead of asking about the food they are eating. Aside from content creation, she also provides excellent support to anyone who needs it, she serves an excellent level of support. The best part about this flourishing platform is that the content posted is the embodiment of her success, and she will be able to reflect back on how far she’s come.

“Don’t let another holiday, special occasion, or birthday be taken from you by your eating disorder or restrictive thinking,” says Kendall. She believes in being the boss of your life instead of letting disordered habits or diet culture be the boss.
