HR Influencer and Advisor Eric Torigian Ensures Every Employee Loves Their Job as Much as He Does

Did you know that employees spend about eight hours each day, 40 hours each week, and 160 hours each month working in the corporate sector on average? With all that time committed to a job, employees need to love their work and workplace environment.

Unfortunately, the odds could be better, as roughly 85% of employees are unhappy with their jobs. Statistically, only three out of every ten employees are happy with their job. Here HR influencer Eric Torigian enters the conversation; a people person focused on making employees’ lives easier and better. From quitting the corporate world to bringing world-class HR strategic plans, Eric can guide you on all things related to human resources. But most importantly, he can mentor and coach unhappy employees to find the job they deserve and want.

Glimpsing towards his extensive experience, he has served as a Chief Human Resource Officer for many big companies like Pepsi, Ford, NBC/Universal, etc. While he loved every minute of his job and has over 30 years of HR experience in the corporate world, he believes that everyone should love their work, and because of that, companies can move forward in the markets with high-quality workers.

However, Eric has often noted how many companies need to pay more attention to human resources and take advantage of this department’s opportunities.  He is adamant about bringing HR to all companies through his business CHRO Solutions.

As a people person, he is also working on improving the workforce and is helping people get into jobs in companies where they are valued. He also guides people to set career goals and has set up a coaching service for employees called Career Coaching to get tips and tricks to land the job of their dreams. There, he offers 15 mins for a free consultation where you can discuss a plethora of services like mock interviews, coaching, and support during and after layoffs.

With his increasing concerns for the HR market, Eric has also formed a club, The Career Mastery Club, where he helps people live the life they want doing the work they love. Moreover, he also runs a YouTube channel dedicated to explaining how HR works. Through his Youtube channel and mentorship, he hopes for better awareness and knowledge among people in the business sphere.

If you’re looking for insights into positive work experience, the HR sphere, and career insights, Mr. Eric is your man. As an evangelist for ‘make a difference,’ his core value is to reinvest in communities and bring a positive change in as many lives as possible. While educating HR leaders, he is simultaneously committed to making a difference in the lives of the younger generation.
