How Michelle Paulsen Is Achieving Her Life-Long Goal of Making a Difference

When people truly aim to make a difference and not just a living, they become socio-effective individuals, who prove to be an asset to their country in multiple ways. However, being altruistic is a characteristic not everyone can easily acquire. Yet one fitness entrepreneur is certainly making it look easy as she aims to make a meaningful impact with her efforts. This is the inspiring story of Michelle Paulsen, a fitness coach with one goal driving her along – to make a big difference.

A fitness-savvy businesswoman and owner of MichelleFitCoaching, Michelle Paulsen is one of the few entrepreneurs who pride themselves on making a meaningful change instead of setting their sights solely on the dollar signs. And while it might seem impossible to help others in such difficult times, she’s seamlessly sailing through the fitness industry to make her way towards a non-profit gym for inner city kids and orphans. It was this passion and life-long goal that led her to step into the Public Health sector.

Growing up, Michelle always found herself in situations where she needed to help others. So she grew to be compassionate and generous, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her compassionate nature made her the go-to person for friends, teammates, and even strangers who were struggling with depression and anxiety. Working with several volunteering organizations helped her decide the right career path for herself, one where she could make the change she has always wanted to. And so she did.

Michelle found ultimate joy in helping people recover from eating disorders, getting into shape, and having the body they dreamed of. In an effort to inspire and motivate others, the fitness coach does not shy away from sharing her own struggles and how she recovered from her own health issues with drive, dedication, and resilience.

Michelle was herself once a victim of eating disorders and the mentality that starving is the quickest way to getting the “perfect body”. Hoping that no one has to go through what took her six long years to recover from, Michelle strives to educate people about their health and nutrition and the powerful changes that can happen when they invest in themselves in all the right ways.

“Living a healthier lifestyle should not have to cost an arm and a leg,” Michelle Paulsen’s views on the extravagant rates in the fitness industry.

While the fitness industry is huge and competitive, there’s no doubt in it being over-priced and irrationally expensive, making it difficult for many to avail of coaching services. However, with her fitness business MichelleFitCoaching, Michelle takes pride in providing affordable yet customized fitness and health coaching services that eventually help her clients transition into living a healthier life independent of any health coach, even herself.
