What if you could change the course of your life simply by changing the way you talk to yourself? Meet Rachel Cohen, a woman on a mission to empower women everywhere with the power of self-belief. Through her journey of self-discovery and determination, she has developed a motto that has transformed her life and the lives of her daughters: “I am able and capable.”
Rachel, despite facing consecutive challenges, has remarkably embraced life on her own terms and conditions. With a diverse set of passions and roles, she embodies the essence of a content creator, entrepreneur, fitness enthusiast, and an unwavering advocate for kindness.
Growing up, she was relentlessly bullied for her appearance and weight, causing her to develop a negative self-image. But her struggles didn’t end there. Coming from a home plagued by divorce, Rachel found it difficult to navigate adult life. She married at the tender age of 21 but found herself feeling trapped and unhappy causing her to make the difficult decision to end the relationship after fifteen years. However, Rachel refused to let these obstacles define her.
Though all these factors would hold anyone back, Rachel never lost sight of a brighter future. She had always believed that as long as she was able, she would be capable of doing anything she set her mind to – the mindset she wants her three young daughters to live by. It was because of her strength in her capability that she was able to leave her husband and begin a new life with her daughters.
Her ability to think of herself as someone who is worth more has led her to become a competitive individual. This manifested most successfully in her social media content.
Rachel always had an interest in working out and this led her to start creating short videos that showcased her training regime. She has never backed down from any form of exercise, no matter how difficult it may seem. While most other trainers upload videos where they are executing the exercise perfectly, Rachel believes in showing her progress to her viewers. She does this in the hope of reminding them that nothing starts out perfect and that it takes a lot of hard work and determination to achieve your goals.
Rachel has dabbled in the business industry by creating a small, yet significant platform called One Bracelet at a Time. The main idea behind the product is to spread the message of being kind to one another and stop bullying. While that is one journey she is still currently walking, there is no doubt that her can-do attitude and her ability to push herself will garner results that will be in her favor.
Ultimately, what Rachel wants more than anything is to inspire her three daughters through her work. She is paving the way for a better, brighter future – for her daughters and women everywhere.
