Andrea Samantha Opens up about Her Struggles and Her Passion to Help People Become Successful Versions of Themselves

Every success story starts with a dream. Andrea Samantha’s journey also did, which soon became the reason behind her remarkable accomplishments. Yet, she kept her feet on the ground, allowing her to build resilience and brave all sorts of storms. When Andrea’s rocky marriage started taking a toll on her, she eventually reached a point where enough was enough for her. From there onwards, she made considerable headways in her personal and professional life.

Her career trajectory hasn’t been defined through a single profession. Andrea initially worked as a hairstylist at an Aveda salon, where she trained new stylists on the floor. She eventually set up her first enterprise as her interest in sales started growing further. “Being a hairstylist, I was commission-based, so I’ve always had to be on my game to grow my clientele and be the base to maintain them. I’m a creative, so I’ve dabbled on Etsy and had my own wedding hair and makeup business before starting MONAT in direct sales.”

As soon as she joined MONAT global, she earned her recognition as the top income earner and soon took her passion forward to become a private coach for people striving to make a mark in the sales world. Training her team of thousands to become leaders in their own right, Andrea aims to extend values that shaped her mindset and helped her achieve success over the years.

With a drive like no other, Andrea is confident to lead by example. The secret to her consistency lies in her dedication to never quitting. She adds: “I make goals and don’t give up until I get there. I’m passionate about what I do and don’t hold back. I’ve learned how to lead a lot of different personality types and want to inspire people to overcome what holds them back from being successful.” Having dealt with her own set of challenges, Andrea admits to seeking help from professionals who guided her to a path of healing. She is now focused on protecting her energy, keeping her circle small, and being picky about people she surrounds herself with.

Not planning to back down anytime soon, Andrea has established new goals that she hopes to achieve in the coming years. Immensely proud of the work she’s been doing to grow herself and her team, she desires to continue to inspire people and lift them out of their ineffective habits.
