A Look into Arielle Hayat’s World; How Arielle Hayat Finds Tranquility in Her Work and What Her E-book Is All About

Clinical herbalist Arielle Hayat has a history of working in the alternative and complementary health field and has years of experience in herbal therapy. She was born and raised in New York City, received her degree from Arizona State University, and underwent three years of rigorous clinical training at ArborVitae School of Traditional Herbalism.

When she graduated from the herbal academy, there were no actual jobs for a traditional western herbalist. As a result, she developed her career while working behind the counter at The Alchemist’s Kitchen, a health retail store, where she also delivered workshops and informed consumers about common plant cures.

As a herbalist, Arielle’s expertise lies in developing protocols for her clients, specific to their bodies and lifestyles, and setting attainable goals and recommendations. Sometimes practicing herbal health can be overwhelming, but Arielle has a whole command of it. She’s always available to answer questions and share her learnings.

Arielle uses tinctures, infusions and natural supplements in her practice as a Clinical Herbalist. She has also been working with people to help them live healthier lives as she focuses on helping people to maintain their health and improve their quality of life. Arielle has seen firsthand how herbs can help people improve their health and well-being. She is passionate about sharing this knowledge with others so that they can benefit from these natural therapies too.

Arielle is passionate about helping people recover through herbal medicines that a client can recognize and identify, instead of taking pills they don’t know the contents of or where they are made. She states,” The gut is the center of our overall health,” so it is essential to have a proper digestive system to lead a healthy life. She also treats clients with issues related to immune system, viral infections, adrenals, anxiety, pain, hormones, and more.

She has written her first E-book, 21-day reset: Rescue the gut with lifestyle, food, and herbal medicine”, for people suffering from gut and digestion issues. Her Ebook provides complete guidelines and helps people overcome their chronic illnesses.

Arielle, a woman who has offered a fresh perspective on herbal medicine, has made the health of her clients the center of her life. She is setting out on a new path to ensure permanent improvement by offering a distinct viewpoint on herbal treatments.
